How to Increase your web traffic?

Web traffic is one of the key ingredient in a successful blogging career. Your web traffic will determine how much unique visitors are visiting your site. A unique visitor is a unit of traffic counted only once for the specific time frame of the report.

Question now is, how do you increase your website's traffic to attract your potential readers or clients. First thing that pops in anyone's head, is that you need to advertise. That is correct but reality sets in, you don't have money or you don't have enough money to advertise to different websites.

Here's a few options you can study and can apply in your website / blogs.

  • You can advertise in websites that are offering that they post free ads such as Sulit.com.ph. The Sulit.com website can help you create your own ad and have them seen by all members and non-members across the globe.
  • Another option is to Join FREE traffic exchange programs that are offering that they will send you traffic depending of course on your output in your surfing also. Below are some traffic exchange programs I am currently using. You can click the banners if you want to join or if you are just curious to see them. My blog traffic also increased dramatically in under a day using below programs.

The Best Traffic Exchange
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

  • Well, the other option is that pay for advertising. You can pick from below PTCs and sign up under advertisers to start advertising your page.

You can choose one option or you can choose all three suggested to maximize your site's web traffic.

Happy Halloween!

Last night, we had a halloween event for the kids. My mom and her friends organized this event since the kids seemed to have enjoyed it last year and were requesting to have it again this year.

So after all the preparations, the BIG day has arrived! All of us from our family dressed in costumes and went to the venue to start the parade!

I think you're wondering what we wore. Haha! I posted some pictures from the event :)

Here's my mom dressed as an angel.

This is my dad and brother.

This is ME portraying the bringer of death haha.

My sister, who's a black and dark ghost!

Too bad I wasn't able to take a photo of my other sister who was the white ghost. She was the one tasked to give the goodies to the kids when they knocked on our gates.

Anyway, the assembly of the kids took place and some reminders then we're off!

The assembly

during the parade!

We first went around the village to show off the kids' and the kids at hearts' costumes. After circling around the village, kids were separated into 4 groups with their respective guides to help them do their "trick or treating". Here's one photo during the candy giving part!

It was a fun night. We had snacks at our multipurpose hall after the event. Oh by the way, this kid was my favorite among the rest. I loved his props!

First Philippine Automated Election

Just finished voting for the elections. I was expecting everything to be fast since as they said, IT IS AN AUTOMATED ELECTION but NO. It was even worse than when I last voted.

When I voted in the last election, I did not encounter a long line. I just waited a bit then voted. But this time, I voted almost same time as I did before and BOOM waited for 2 hours to vote. I was already thinking about leaving and not voting anymore. But then, my vote will go to waste so I just did my share of waiting.

I was disappointed since it went so slow but a little relieved that no commotion occurred and everything was peaceful in our precinct.

Funny though, the sample ballots given to us were of NP's (Nacionalista Party) slate. Haha

Kanin Club - West Gate, Alabang

Last Saturday, we went to West Gate, Alabang after my OT to have our late lunch. Traveled for an hour from Taguig, then looked for Kanina Club inside West Gate. My GF has already tried their food I think in the Laguna branch, so I guess she wanted me to try it also.

We ordered the Cripy Tenga and the Crispy Dinuguan. I obliged about the Crispy Tenga cause I don't really eat pig's ear. I was so curious in how they will cook the Crispy Dinuguan. I can't imagine having a dinuguan which is crispy.

First served was the Crispy Tenga (above). I anxiously tried it out and it was like a chicharon which I was fond of eating. It came with a soy sauce and vinegar which gives you a choice for the taste of the food. As I was munching through the Crispy Tenga with my garlic rice, the Crispy Dinuguan (below) came.

It was great! The flavor of the dinuguan was superb and there were no lance that you can detect. The best part was the crunchiness of the pork when you take into your mouth. A little warning though, this combination is a-not-so-good suggestion specially for those suffering from hypertension and the like.

After that sumptuos meal, we decided to have a Halo-Halo since it was scorching HOT. I was a fan! The Halo-Halo was not full of evaporated milk. It had the perfect taste.

I was so full when we decided to get the bill. I ate 1.5 cups of garlic rice and there were leftovers. For less than Php1000.00 you can enjoy this treat. Not to mention though, this meal can be shared by 4-5 people I think. We were just too hungry and excited that's why we almost finished everything. I recommend you to try Kanin Club. Affordable yet Sumptuous.

Sportapro from KOSS

Last Wednesday, I bought a new headphones for my iTouch since the Apple earphones are falling apart. But I didn't buy another Apple earphones, I bought a Sportapro from KOSS.

I initially considered buying another Apple earphone but when I asked my officemate, he recommended KOSS or Soundmagic since he was also looking for earphones and got a KSC 75 from KOSS. He had me try his new earphones, and I was blown away. I'm not into earphones but when I heard the quality of the sound, I was amazed.

Right then I knew that I was going to buy from KOSS question is, what model? Well I wound up buying the Sportapro. Cheaper than the Portapro which I think is their flagship product, but can match the sound quality of the Portapro.

Why I decided to buy the Sportapro?

  1. Quality of music, speciallythe BASS. AWESOME!
  2. You can wear it 2 ways! (see images below)
  3. High quality music at an afforadable price! (Php 1,865 or approximately $35 to $40)

My personal rating of the Sportapro? 4.5 our of 5! I think it needs other colors asisd from the classic black. But other than that, two thumbs up! :)

BUON GIORNO, CLIFFHOUSE, TAGAYTAY CITY

Last Valentines day, we went to Tagaytay to try out the Restaurant Buon Giorno. We heard so many positive feedback regarding their food and the affordability of it too.

It was a 1.5 hour drive from Las Pinas to Tagaytay but it was well worth it. The weather was good and the view was just spectacular.

We were glad that we didn't reserve for the Opium bed though many are recommending it. Personally, I didn't like the location of the Opium bed 'coz it didn't even face the beautiful view of Taal lake. Good thing we had a table facing the view. Time to order!

We decided to try an appetizer, the Buon Giornos Special.

The fruits were fresh and crunchy! The sauce also complimented the taste of all the fruits and vegetables in the salad.

Our main course? We have two pastas and 1 pizza. I also ordered a watermelon shake which was heavenly.

Mare Pasto

Pescatore Alla Putanesca

Gambreti E Funghi Ravioli

Food was heavenly. If you like pesto, these will rock your world! I guarantee that! We did not try their desserts cause we read in blogs that their desserts were not that good. Total bill? Php 1,226.54. Not bad. :)

We did go to the store near Buon, Fling. They serve frozen yogurts. Not a fan though, i still prefer White Hat.

METRO by Tokyo Tokyo

Last Friday, we decided to eat dinner at Metro by Tokyo Tokyo in Glorietta 5. First timers might think that this is your typical Tokyo Tokyo fast food chain. But you might be surprised as prices may be a little higher and there are no "SUMO MEALS" here but I can assure you that you'll not spend much to get your tummies full.

For starters, we ordered the Seared Tuna salad. I loved the fact that the tuna served was in big chunks and the sesame seeds were a compliment to the tenderness of the meat. The salad itself was a delight, the sauce was just right and I think it went well with the flavors of the lettuce and carrots.

Of course, my appetizer will not be complete without ordering my favorite Salmon Sashimi. It tasted great as always. My only problem with it is that it wasn't cut as clean as it should be. One piece would be smaller than the other unlike in other restaurants I've eaten which had a uniform size to their Salmon Sashimi.

Off the main course. Well I wasn't feeling eating any rice dish so I ended up ordering pasta. One problem though, I forgot the name of the dish. Anyway, as you can see it was cream based pasta. Not a fan of it though cause there were no contrast in taste. I got a little bit boring after you've eaten a few bites. Probably because it was partnered with tuna I think.

My friend ordered this pasta which was tomato-based. It was a hit for me since the contrast of flavors I was looking for in my pasta, was there. With the generous cuts of tender beef on top, you can't be wrong in ordering this.

Wondering why no drinks were posted? Well we thought it would be cheaper and HEALTHIER to go water.

Your probably wondering how much the bill was after that sumptuous meal. Well our bill turned out to be cheap. Php 680.00 for everything. I think this is a true value of money!

If you want to experience a different kind of Japanese Resto,

Metro is located at Glorietta 5, SM North EDSA Annex, SM Fairview Annex, and DAO1 (Salcedo St). You can also visit their multiply site at METRO
